How to live life?

If we want to truly live our life then we have to enjoy it to the fullest. A famous saying by Ann Landers is highly appropriate in this sense and it goes like “Nobody gets to live life backward. Look ahead that is where your future lies”. So stop thinking about the negative things of your past or what made you hurt and start living with a positive attitude.
Do things that you enjoy doing the most and which makes you feel happy like listening to music, watching movie, or any other activity. Pamper yourself; take out some time for yourself from your busy schedule. Look at your routine tasks from new perspectives try something new and do them differently and it will be nice change for you. Play with children, and learn to be joyful like them. Talk to old people as they can give you nice advice owing to their experience so that you can learn from them and avoid the same mistakes. Try to find the things in life that excite you, and then go after them make life one exciting adventure.
Remember, we often live our life too cautiously, worried about what might go wrong. Be bold, risk it. There is a beautiful saying, “Worrying is like rocking – it’s something to do, but you don’t go anywhere…” But that doesn’t mean that you have to hold your sad emotions. Cry when you are hurt, or when somebody you love is hurt. Expression helps in communicating emotions and would help you to redefine life, in a way you always wanted it to be. Follow a positive approach to life!

Finding a Job on Twitter
The Internet has revolutionized the world and the world of job opportunities has been no exception. You might find it strange that you can find rewarding jobs on Twitter, one of the most popular social networking sites on the Web.
If you are striving to find the perfect job in the pool of employment opportunities, Twitter.com is one social networking site that you just cannot neglect for long. This is simply because Twitter boasts of members who are there just because to find suitable candidates for their business.
How to Start?
Create a Twitter account and use a professional looking avatar. Now, put your job pitch in the bio section and then Tweet about your job search and preferences. Do not forget to include a link to your online resume and make every possible effort to look and act as a professional besides backing up your expertise.
However, it is important for you to check the authenticity of a potential recruiter before visiting the interview place for the career opportunity. This can be done by having a close look at recruiter bio, followers’ ratio, checking the link to the business website, and enquiring about their credibility from your network friends.
Once you are done with all verifications, get ready to face the recruiter in person. But before this, do make sure that you have all your credentials at one place and you are dressed professionally. Stay confident and the world is waiting for you! After all, finding a job on Twitter is easy but the onus of finding the best one still lies with you.

Understanding the Youth!

Are you facing problems handling your growing children? If yes, read on to know some great tips that’ll make it a lot easier for you and them to share and care for each other.
Times have changed and so has people’s outlook towards things. Right from the way you shop from e-malls to the way you handle relationships – everything has gone a whirlwind change. And the most challenging task among this is to manage our own kids which are at the threshold of this evolution process. Youth can no longer be treated as a silent commodity to whom you can teach things by force or reprimand them violently for the mistakes they commit. They can’t be pushed to do things or made to agree to what you say because you are older to them. Today’s youth is more sensitive and more vulnerable to self-destructive tendencies and so need to be tackled judiciously.
Well, you have to get into their shoes, make them feel understood and comfortable and speak to them in a manner that they does not make them passive. This indeed isn’t as simple as it is sounding, but if you employ this measure, you’ll see how easily you’ll be able to convince your teens with the right thing.
Contrary to this, the biggest mistake I see parents committing now a days is the way they punish their growing kids for the mistakes they do. The notions that an extreme penalty will make a kid learn faster and not repeat his mistake is wrong. Also thinking that punishment is another name for discipline is an incorrect way of thinking. Discipline in true terms means ‘to learn’ and if you really intend your kids to learn, it is imperative that you involve them proactively into doing something rather than reprising them severely.
Today’s youth is exposed to numerous elements, good and bad and hence can’t be made to understand responsibility through punishments alone or by creating fear of harm you might possibly cause them. This will instead lead to them becoming more arrogant and they will eventually lose faith in you. So the best way to deal with growing kids is to make the actively participate in the process of reinstitution rather than giving them a passive role of simply bearing the brunt of your anger. You’ll see that teens always have a reason for what they do or say. So give them the opportunity to respond as well while you are reprimanding them for something. Listen to what they have to say, their reasoning and their interpretation of things. Once they are through, tell them why their perception is incorrect and how should they go about it. Make them see the bigger picture. Give them logical conclusions about everything you say. Make them feel wanted and responsible. Growing kids easily draw conclusions so they should never for a single minute feel that they are not loved. If you try to understand them, they will try to understand you. All you have to need is some patience and you’ll see how easy it has become for you to handle the situation.
Youth are a storehouse of energy which needs to be put through a proper channel in a constructive manner and this change can only be brought out by the ones who guide them and nurture them which is YOU.
