How to lead a Balanced Life?

Posted by admin On August - 19 - 2009

How to lead a Balanced LifeIn this blog, we will read about some possible ways to live a healthy living without bothering about troubles of the life.

Human beings have a tendency to always strive for more. When their realistic expectations and basic needs of life are fulfilled, they are immediately replaced by the needs for luxuries and unrealistic expectations. What they tend to forget is that the human body can perform limited functions and may not live up to expectations, each and every time. This is the time when a failure is big enough to cause a dent in confidence and present capabilities of an individual.

If you really want to lead a peaceful life then you need to realize the fact that satisfaction is limited and can be applied to alternatives. Moreover, human wants are unlimited and this is the reason why many of us are living unsatisfied life despite having almost everything what an average human can wish for. But, happiness is missing. This is not because of non-availability or non-fulfillment of needs but to needs that are not required in the first parlance. It is, therefore, essential to be happy with whatever you have rather than living in a state of mirage and getting disappointed after the non-fulfillment of a not-required need.

Moreover, always give your best to every task you undertake. Never be shy or ashamed to seek advice from your family, friends, colleagues, or even relatives, or experts. Such an advice will help you and that must be your aim. Remember, it is better to gain from experiences of others than tasting failure by applying your incomplete knowledge for a cause.

In addition to that, try to do things for others rather than being self-obsessed and working for your own betterment always. Society has and will always be a collection of individuals and every one can gain only when every one works for others and vice-versa. Moreover, sharing of knowledge and benefits do not make you any poorer. So, why do you need to keep things to yourself when you could have allowed others to gain from your experiences?

In short, live a life that is helpful to others and has a meaning. If you can do that, people around you will be more than happy to help you when you need them the most. Furthermore, you will be able to lead a balanced life without making any big efforts or putting a burden on yourself.

Life is not a bed of roses

Life is not a bed of rosesNot all of us are born with a silver spoon in our mouth. This is because not every one is blessed with “gifts of the world”. With this personalized blog, I try my level best to help those who live their life with a hope of doubt and low confidence.

There is no point in being the apple of your family’s eyes when deep down inside you do things unhappily. Always remember the fact that you, as an individual and as a family member, cannot make all the others around you happy and there is no point in making others happy by destroying your own inner peace. “God helps those who help themselves”. Do things what you want to do, do not worry about the outcome even before you start the journey. If you are happy, others around you will be happy and if they don’t, why should you waste your precious time in making them happy.

Remember the rule of happiness and love, a person who loves you wants to see you happy at any cost. Try to think seriously about yourself, give yourself the due attention you always deserved. This however does not mean that you need to disrespect others or ride on them. Find things that can help you to positively change your personality. If you can take your own decisions then you cannot blame others if you fail and similarly others cannot take credit if you win. Having this type of approach to life will surely bring happiness to you.

Find happiness in small things, there are a lot of these things around you. I can be happy when I see a child smiling, I feel happy when I can help others to build their careers. The ways may be different but the goal is the same, inner happiness. The situations in our lives may be different but no one is born happy or sad, lucky or unlucky. There is no point in praising or cursing the destiny for things of our lives. Start having belief in your abilities, perform at your best and the world will be a different platform for you to display your real metal.

I really wish that my words can help you to lead a better life and be a better individual. If I am unable to do this for me, my purpose of writing this blog is simply defeated but I really hope that you will not disappoint me by just reading this blog by having a glance on it or thinking it as a waste bunch of words.

True Meaning of Modern Life

Posted by admin On August - 10 - 2009

True Meaning of Modern LifeThe changes in modern-day life are somewhat confusing in the basic nature. The paradox of our times is that we may have gone with the idea of taller buildings but have developed shorter tempers. There may be wider freeways now, but our viewpoints have narrowed. Most of us tend to buy more, but still have less. We may have money but we may not be able to buy something that can satisfy us really.

Most of us may even have more knowledge than our past ancestors but there is surely less of judgment in decisions and acts. Even the modern day businesses have more experts but the number of problems has not reduced but increased. Furthermore, we may have been able to significantly multiply our prized possessions but we have compromised on our values in the meanwhile. In short, we have learned the best way to make a living but not a life.

The worst thing is that we may have been able to clean up the air but have polluted the soul in the meanwhile. And, this damage is more dangerous than threat to the environment. It is even frightening to think that we aim and get happy to see at the market launch of a pill that can make us happy, cry, quite, or sleep more despite the fact that these are natural things and there was never a need to do them in an artificial manner. With one night stands and throwaway morality being seen as statements of the upper class, the world is going to end as far as ethics and morality are concerned.

The pain behind the eyes is now being hidden in greedy minds and bodies. We can spend a fortune at discos or bars but do not bother to help our neighbor in trouble or a beggar who has not eaten for many days. Life is getting ridiculous with each passing day and there is an urgent need to amend things before the world sees the worst part of the mankind.

The onus to make urgent and serious amendments lies solely with the youth of today. Are you trying your best to cure the world?

How to Crack Examinations and Interviews of Life?

How to Crack Examinations and Interviews of LifeAs soon as one finishes his or her college, the desire to get a good-paying job starts. This is the time when expectations of self and parents start taking a new turn. This is also the time when many of us get their dream jobs while many others fail to find a satisfactory working opportunity. Through this blog, we will find out why and how things do not work out for some of us.

Examination marks tend to mean so much for us. Whether it is engineering, medical sciences, accountancy, economics, or fine arts, the ‘cloud’ of marks just does not tend to get over us. But, are exam marks the sole criterion of a student’s real capabilities? No, so why there is so much fuss about scoring well when some students do not get well with exams and studies? If every one of us dream of bagging the first position, who will be second, third, and fourth? Not all of us can get the same ranks; rankings may be dependant on varying factors such as study preparations, actual understanding, and time spend during examinations, nervousness, and many others. Judging an individual by just three hours of examination time is disrespect to his or her talents. We really need to understand that and leave imposing pressure on the young minds, which are left with no option but to be made scapegoat of huge expectations.

In order to fare well at job interviews, one needs to prepare thoroughly for the same. A deep insight about the interviewer, the company, and any latest news about it must be read with a clear mind. It is better to rehearse an interview and make an interview questionnaire before sitting for it. The interviewee must be confident enough to speak up his mind and if there is something that is not known to him, the same should be communicated to the interviewer politely rather than trying to hide things by giving a false answer. It is best to speak less but speak qualitative.

Small and meaningful tips can go a long way in preparing you for the toughest examinations and interviews of life.
